Born in the town of Orsk. Graduated GITIS (1962). Since 1962 - an actor of the Moscow theater. A. S. Pushkin, in 1972 - of the Maly Theater, 1980 - Academic Drama Theater. A. S. Pushkin in Leningrad.
State Winner. Prize of the USSR (1972 - for a theatrical work).
Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1972).
