Kuandykov Baltabek Muhanovich

Born in 1948. G. Makat (Kazakh SSR).
In 1971, Mr.. graduated from Kazakh Polytechnic Institute. V. Lenin, specializing in mining engineer-geologist ".
In 1971-75 he. worked as an engineer and geologist in Biikzhalskoy expedition ultradeep drilling.
In 1975-79 he. in elective and Komsomol work in Guriev region of Kazakhstan.
In 1979-91 he. worked in senior positions in associations "Kazneftegazgeologiya and Gurevneftegazgeologiya".
In 1991-93. - Head of the Ministry. Deputy Minister of Geology and protection of natural resources in 1993-94. - Deputy Minister of Energy and Fuel Resources of Kazakhstan.
In 1994-97. served as president of the company "Kazakhstancaspishelf" (since March 1997. - Vice-president of the national oil company Kazakhoil).
Since October 1997. - President of NOC Kazakhoil. Ph.D. in Geology and Mineralogy, the author of four books and thirty articles on the geology of oil.
He was awarded the title of "Honored Worker of Industry of Kazakhstan".
He is married and has five children.
