Born June 17, 1939 in the Crimean region g.Bahchisarae. Father - alias Dmitry Polihronovich (genus. 1905). Mother - Sekirko Natalia Filip (genus. 1905). Married. Wife - Apazova Tatiana (rod.1947 g.). Daughter - Inga (genus. 1970).

In 1962 he graduated from the Pyatigorsk Pharmaceutical Institute (now Academy) in the specialty pharmacist.

He began his career in 1962. the Rostov pharmacy management and worked as Deputy Chief for 1973. From 1973 to 1978 was chief of the Sverdlovsk pharmacy management. From 1978 to 1987 he worked as chief chemist of the Main Control RF Ministry of Health. From 1987 to 1992 served as Chief of pharmacy management USSR Ministry of Health and VO "Soyuzfarmatsiya" at the Ministry of Health, renamed in 1992 to RO Pharmimex then converted into GP Pharmimex. Between 1993 and currently leads the Open Joint Stock Company "Pharmimex, as its President.
