Ilyaz Rafael Sharifzievich

Born March 22, 1942 in Baku.

He began his career in 1959 working vehicle department NPU "Gyurgyanneft"

. After serving in the Soviet Army (1961-1962g.g.) Enrolled in the Law Faculty of Kazan State University, graduating in 1968 in specialties lawyer, international lawyer.

. In 1972 he graduated from the Faculty of Law graduate
. Candidate of Legal Sciences.

Professional experience:

1973-1991 he. - Work in various positions in the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Azerbaijan.

. 1991-1993 - Head of security department of the Azerbaijani customs administration, Baku, a leading specialist of the Department of Foreign Economic Relations Department of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic.

. From 1993 to present - Permanent Representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

. He was awarded the medal "For Valiant Labor".

. He is fluent in Azeri and Turkish languages.
