Autobiographical notes

In Salvador Dali in one of his Ten Commandments says: 'Do not be afraid of perfection, you did not achieve'. Painting - this is something that helps me to draw near to this mystery, mystery. If in life, to achieve certain goals, to understand the mystery of truth, not rarely comes disappointment, then in art there is hope to keep this secret, learning it every day.

Criticism

Transferring the aesthetics and symbolism of images of the past in their work, Alexander Sigov creates his whole world, in which a certain accuracy transferred finest pictorial relationship.
For whatever cultural traditions or the author complained, he was always accompanied by a delicate sense of taste, whether it be a portrait reminiscent of images from the Renaissance or the monumental and severe forms of Egypt.
Saturation tone paint, a variety of beautiful textures in combination with the compositional completeness allows the artist to express the fusion of styles and images as the harmonious product.
