Biography Borodkin, Mikhail Mikhailovich
Born in 1852, studied at the Constantine military schools and military-legal academy. He served in the military and judicial institutions; was a member of various commissions of the Finnish cases; Borodkin is a senator and head of the Military Law Academy, was one of the founders of "Russian Assembly".
