Biography Vitsyn Alexander
(1833 - 1900), a disciple of Meyer. He graduated from the course at the University of Kazan on the law faculty; read the international and civil law in Kazan, then civil law in St. Petersburg. University, as well as in the Alexander Lyceum and College of Law. In 1868, Mr.. Preece was. attorney in Moscow, later was chairman of the Moscow Commercial Court. At one time, had the value of his "Essay on governance in Russia from Peter the Great to the publication of general agencies of ministries" (Kazan, 1855). Posted still "Arbitration Court of Russian law, historical-dogmatic research" (Moscow, 1856), "The contract of Marine Insurance in the Russian law" (St. Petersburg, 1864) and others. Vitsyna great contribution was the publication, "Reading DI. Meyer of the Civil Law (5 th ed., Moscow, 1873).
