Biography Glebovitsky Nikolai Pavlovich
Born in 1873,. a peasant family, was a member of the Vienna Reichsrat; in 1908. visited Russia, among other Slavic deputies Austro-Hungary, participated in the Prague Congress "neoslavistov".
