(19.11.1878 - 20.05.1942) The son of a priest, was born in Kiev Province, graduated from the Mathematics and Physics Faculty of Kyiv University in 1902, a student SG Navashin. GA Levitsky was arrested June 28, 1941, the following year, died in prison, Zlatoust, Chelyabinsk region. He was also accused of belonging to a mythical "Workers 'and Peasants' Party and sabotage in the area of plant breeding and seed.
