Biography Siegel Fyodor
Born in 1845. He studied at St. Petersburg University Law School, he attended lectures there on the same historical-philological faculty and under the leadership of Slavist VI. Lamansky studied Slavic languages and history of the Slavs. Consists of the Warsaw University professor on the faculty of the history of Slavic legislation and senior director of women's courses in Warsaw.
