Biography Demetrius Kobeko Fomich
Born in 1837, graduated from the course of the Alexander Lyceum. He has held positions in the Ministry of Finance Director Office of the Minister and Director of the accountant fees. In 1901 he was appointed a member of the Council of State (present in it only until 1908), in 1902 - the director of the Imperial Public Library, increased significantly by its own budget. Its main works: "The Tsarevich Pavel Petrovich (St. Petersburg, 1882, 2 ed. 1883; 3rd ed. 1887; translated into French and German) and "The Imperial Tsarskoe Selo Lyceum.
