Biography Heraclides of Pontus
(Greek. Herakleides o Pontikos; of g.Gerakleya on yuzh.beregu Pont Evksinski) (ca. 390 - OK. 320 BC) Founded in 339 g. BC. own school of philosophy. Later GP. tried to expand the range of philosophical ideas of Plato with the idealistic elements of Pythagoreanism.
