Trivia Son of Vernadsky and student Kluchevsky. Graduated Moscow. un-t, also studied in Berlin and Freiburg. Prof.. Perm State University and the Tauride-ing. In 1920 he emigrated to Czechoslovakia, then in the U.S., where he taught at Yale University are. One of the founders of the Eurasian movement. Emphasized the importance of the Turkic influence on Rus. By 5 volumes of 10-volume edition on the history of Russia.
