Biography Dusty Mikhail Ivanovich
Born in 1842 He studied at the Reformed College in St. Petersburg. He wrote in "Spark", in the Petersburg Gazette "put a lot of articles on the history of the theater and gave reports on art exhibitions. Since 1879 working in New Times, . where, . incidentally, . published a series of satirical articles about the old days in St. Petersburg, . emerged later as separate publications: "Old Petersburg" (St.-Petersburg, . 1887; 3rd ed., . 1888), . "The forgotten history of neighborhoods of St. Petersburg (St. Petersburg, . 1889), . "Old Moscow" (St.-Petersburg, . 1891), . "Old life" (2 nd ed., . St.Petersburg, . 1897), . "The remarkable eccentrics and originals" (1898), . Separately issued as "Precious Stones" (1877; 3rd ill. ed., 1896). He died in 1899.
