Trivia Graduated from the Petrograd Polytechnical Institute. During his diplomatic career in Norway. In 1920 - worked at the headquarters of Wrangel. From 1921 - in Prague. One of the leaders of the Eurasian. In 1945, arrested and spent 10 years in the Soviet camps. Rehabilitated / 1956 /, returned to Prague.
Teaching Savitsky believed that all human, social involve natural, arguing that the unity of the universe. This unity is characterized by a general notion of 'nomogenez' - dictate the ability of matter to the organization and self-organization. (Babinina T, Beilin B. in the book.: Russian Philosophy.
