Valentin Tkachev

Born in 1931 in Vladivostok. He graduated from the Philological Faculty of the Pedagogical Institute. He worked as a teacher in the school, as both a freelance reporter and the Primorsky All-Union Radio, managing editor of the urban radio editorial in Nakhodka.
. He is one of the organizers and head of the Primorsky television, way up from reporter and leading programs to the President of the Primorsky Committee on Television and Radio.
