Biography Rogovskiy Evgeny
Born in 1855. After graduating from the course of St. Petersburg. University of Physics and Mathematics Faculty in 1882, was left at the university to prepare for a professorship. In 1887 he was seconded to the Russian Physico-Chemical Society for the photometric measurements of the commission to study the total solar eclipse of 7 th August 1887. For the protection of the dissertation: "The outer thermal conductivity of silver wires in the Water" (St. Petersburg, 1903) received a master's degree in physics and in the 1903 - 1904 he lectured on the kinetic theory of gases in St. Petersburg. University as privat-docent, and since 1904 has filled the post of extraordinary professor in the department of physics and meteorology at Kharkov University.
