Extant fragments of his works (in Greek): "On the planet," "On the Signs of the Zodiac and paranatellontah", "The Deans' and part on interrogativnoy (question) of astrology - are essential to understanding the history paranatellont and deans. First name Teucer Babylonian mentions Porphyry. Nickname "Babylonian" is most likely connected with the Egyptian city, which was located near modern Cairo. Perhaps Babylonian Teucer was the first astrologer, who gave the astrological description of deans. Works Teucer Babylonian, probably served as the source from which they took the description of the nature of the planets and signs of the Zodiac Vettius Valent and Rhetore. Around III in. Teucer Babylonian treatises were translated into Pahlavi, and then - in Arabic (the Arabs T.V. was known Tinkarus and Tinkalus).
