Biography Diosdado Macapagal (Macapagal Diosdado)
Born September 28, 1910 in Luban (province of Pampanga, o.Luson). He worked as a lawyer. In 1941 served as legal adviser to the presidential administration. During the Second World War he taught at the University. From 1946 to 1949 he worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in 1949-1957 was a member of the lower house of parliament.
