Born in 1921 in Smolensk. Here he spent his childhood and school years. At the call of the motherland in Grozny in 1941 the young man became a soldier. He fought with the Nazi invaders in various parts of the front. August 20, 1944 fell on a hero's death at the village Talmaz Moldavian SSR.
