Graduated from the Moscow Agricultural Institute (1906). Since 1909. and the rest of his life working on seed stations of the Moscow Agricultural Institute. Since 1920 M. - Professor Timiryazev Agricultural Academy, and since 1924 - and Moscow University. In 1920, organized Gribovskii breeding station in 1924 led the selective division of the Moscow Regional Agricultural Station.
