In 1959-1961 worked as an engineer of OKB-1 (now âˆš RKK Energia â•š â•©); was designer-linker. In 1961-1966 âˆš deputy chief engineer and designer of ships â•š â•© East and Sunrise â•š â•©; participated in the design, development, development of test and launch of spacecraft. In 1968 he graduated from the Kolomna flying club at the rate of pilot-athlete.
Since 1966 âˆš Detachment astronauts (group of civilian experts â•§ 2). Made 2 space flight.
12-17 October 1969 made a space flight as a flight engineer of the spaceship Soyuz-7 â•š â•© duration of 4 days 23 hours. The crew participated in the first group flight of three spacecraft (with the Soyuz-6 â•š â•© and â•š Soyuz-8 â•©), during which they performed rendezvous and maneuvering.
