A avrinenkov Vladimir Dmitrievich. Born May 17, 1919 in the village now Ptahino Pochinkovskogo district of Smolensk region in a peasant family. Russian. KPCC Member since 1942. In 1934 he graduated seven years and enrolled in school FZU. He worked as a carpenter and also worked in the flying club. In the Red Army in 1940. In 1941 he graduated from the Military Aviation School Chuguyivske. On it as an instructor. Then served as an instructor in the Chernihiv military aviation school.

On the front was in the midst of the Battle of Stalingrad. Fighting account opened on Aug. 5, 1942. A month of fighting pilot 651 th Fighter Regiment (102 th Fighter Division, Stalingrad Air Defense Corps) Sergeant Lavrinenkov shot down 16 enemy planes. At the end of October 1942 transferred to the 9 th Guards Fighter Aviation Regiment Odessa (8-th Air Army, South-Western Front). He fought at Bataisk and Rostov-na-Donu.

Awarded 2 orders of Lenin, Order of the October Revolution, 6, Order of the Red Banner, Order of the Patriotic War of 1 degree, the Red Star and medals. Died Jan. 14, 1988. Bronze bust of Hero is set in the city Pochinok Smolensk region.
