P akutin Konstantin - komanduyushy 24 th Army (Front Army Reserve), Major-General. Born May 21, 1902 in the village of New now Vadskogo district of Nizhny Novgorod Region. Russian. He graduated from a technical school, worked in the Nizhnii executive committee accountant.
In the Red Army since 1919. In 1920 he graduated from the Tambov Infantry Courses. Participated in the Civil War: assistant company commander in the 473rd Infantry Regiment on the Western Front, then fought in the Far East.
Before 1929 he served in the border detachments in the Far East. He was commander of a separate Okhotsk border commandant's.
