Biography Gudzenko Semen Petrovich
(1922 - 1953)
Born on 5 March in Kiev in the family engineer. In 1929 he entered a school. After school in 1939 entered the Moscow Historical-philosophical and literary institute, which did not have to finish - the war broke.
In July 1941 Gudzenko go volunteer at the front, in the army. Ordinary soldiers, he participated in the battles near Moscow. Winter of 1942, along with ski detachment acted in the Smolensk region, where he was wounded. After recovery he worked litsotrudnikom military newspaper. The first verses Semen Gudzenko published in 1941 in army print. In subsequent years, out of his book: "Odnopolchane" (1944), "Poems and Ballads" (1945), "After the march" (1947), "The Battle" (1948), "New Territory" (1953).
In one of the poems Gudzenko wrote: "We do not die of old age - from old wounds die". February 15, 1953 at the thirty-first year he passed away.
