Rauno Oscar Paulovich

Oscar Paulovich Rauna (Rhode. 1914). The name of the artist Oscar Raunama linked formation and development of the Estonian post-war art. . After graduating from high school in his hometown of Paid in 1932 Oscar Rauna moved to Tallinn, which goes to the Art-Industrial School
. In 1938, he finished it, obtaining a diploma of the artist Decorative Art. He perfects his skills in the Tallinn Pedagogical School and the Higher School of Arts.

While still a student in 1937, receiving an honorary Oscar Rauna order. For the pavilion Baltic countries at the World Exhibition in Paris, he wrote six large pictorial panels. In 1964 Professor Oscar Rauna was awarded the title of Honored Artist of the Estonian SSR.
