Glaze Nicholas Matveevich (09.05.1894, d Old Krivets near Bryansk - 1937), party and state leaders. The son of a poor peasant. Educated at rabfak Haretsky Agricultural Institute. He worked as a farm laborer, then a miner in Kryvorizhzhya. In 1917, led the revolutionary work on the front. In March 1918 joined the RKP (b). In 1918-23 in senior positions in the county Novozybkov. In 1921-24 before. Gorkinskogo executive committee (Gomel Province), before. "troika" anti-gang. Involved in repression of 20-ies. Belarus. Since 1924 member of the Belarusian office of the Central Committee of the RCP (b). In 1925, Secretary of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Belarus and before. Presidium of the Central Election Commission of Belarus. From 7.5.1927 before. SNK Byelorussian SSR, a member of the Bureau and the Secretariat of the CC CP (b) B. In 1930 a candidate member of the Central Committee of the CPSU (b). During cleansing 30/5/1937 arrested, accused of involvement in pravotrotskistskom block and the Ukrainian national-fascist organization. Shot. In 1956, rehabilitated and restored in the party.
