Biography PROSKURA Joseph I.
Proskurov Joseph I. (1907 - 28.10.1941), one of the leaders of intelligence, Lieutenant General of Aviation (1940), Hero of the Soviet Union (21/6/1937). Educated at the Kharkov Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture and School of Military Pilots.
