Biography Huber Kurt Huber (Huber)
Huber, Kurt (Huber), Huber (1893-1943), professor, University of Munich, German philosopher and psychologist. Born October 24, 1893 in Kure, Switzerland, the son of a schoolteacher. After his family moved to Wц?rttemberg, Huber began studying music and studying philosophy at the University of Munich, who graduated in 1917. Here he began to lecture, and in 1926 became professor of the university. In 1937, Huber has established Deutsche Gesellschaft for the Study of folk song creation, but came into confrontation with the Nazi authorities. Without accepting Nazism, Huber joined the resistance movement and joined the underground organization "White Rose". In early 1943 Huber, issued a leaflet, . which are distributed in the University of Munich who shared his views: "On behalf of Germany we demand that the youth of Adolf Hitler, . that he gave us back the personal freedom, . which is the greatest value for every German, . and that he fraudulently most humiliating manner deprived us ",
. Huber was arrested by the Gestapo and, together with two of his students was sentenced to death. He was beheaded on July 13, 1943.
