Michael Poplawski

Place of birth, education. Born into a peasant family in the village Mechislavka Kirovograd region.

After high school he graduated from vocational Gorlovka specialty "Electric Locomotive", after the army - School Culture in Alexandria in Kirovograd. In 1979 - the Kiev State Institute of Culture. In 1985 he defended his thesis, and in 1990 - his doctoral thesis at the Leningrad Academy of Culture.

Career. Before the army has worked an assistant engineer on the locomotive of Kirovsk mine in the Donetsk region

In 1997, M. Poplawski, as he explains, has created a team to develop the concept of "branding communication University.
