GRANTSOVA Adel

(1843 - 1877), daughter of choreographer braunshveyskogo Theater. Meeting with Saint-Leon when Grantsovoy was 15 years old, has put forward a dancer in the first row of ballet stars. Thanks to Saint-Leon, Grantsova brought his technique to perfection and was astonished lightness, grace, rapidity of movement, strength ballet shoes. She danced in Hanover, Paris, Vienna, Cairo, Berlin, and in 1865. was invited to Moscow's Bolshoi Theater, where a year later, she came to Petersburg.
