Shabalkin withdrawas from NBA draft
Nikita Shabalkin and Artem Zabelin chose to withdraw from 2007 NBA Draft.
The reason for the withdrawal was the wish of the players to get drafted in the first round.
Both Shabalkin and Zabelin are not viewed as NBA prospects which makes their chances really slim to be drafted among the first thirty players this year.
Thus, the players withdrew from the draft to be able to make another go next year.
Shabalkin will spend the next season with Khimki Moscow region while Zabelin is said to be moving to CSKA.
