People's choice PPO proposes to allow in Ukraine the sale of farmland
The sale of agricultural land in Ukraine is necessary to allow for entry of investments, said the people's Deputy from "Russia" Sergey Hlan.
Ukraine currently has a moratorium on the implementation of agricultural lands. It is installed by 2016. Ukrainian citizens are afraid that with the abolition of their lands have the opportunity for a pittance to buy big businessmen.
"The sale of agricultural land - a condition of investment in the agricultural sector. Any investment is impossible without guarantees for the protection of property. In our agricultural sector will not invest serious money without a guarantee of preservation of property, and this is impossible without private ownership of agricultural land. It's time to have to accept and not to go on about populism, losing opportunities, " said Deputy press service of the ppb on Thursday.
Ukraine since 2004 trying to allow the free purchase and Sale of use of agricultural land, however, this initiative was blocked by Parliament, which introduced the relevant moratorium. The abolition of the moratorium on the implementation of the farmland has a wide public resonance. The Ukrainian government promised to settle so to prevent speculation in the land market.
