UNN: 3 Ukrainian Minister passed the lustration checks
The Minister of ecology and natural resources of Ukraine Igor Shevchenko, Minister of youth and sports of Ukraine Igor Zhdanov and the Minister of education and science of Ukraine Serhiy Kvit passed the lustration checks, notified on the first day of the weekend referring to the press service of the Verkhovna Rada.

In mid-December last year the Commission presented its opinion on the Ukrainian law on lustration. Document experts have criticized the law, expressing hope that the Ukrainian authorities will be cooperating on the problem formulation.

Lustration of power was one of the requirements of participants of mass protest actions held on the Maidan since the end of November 2013 to March 2014, which led to the coup d'etat in Ukraine.
