Minister in North Korea was executed after his visit to Moscow
The defense Minister of North Korea's Hyon Yong Chol, who was shot down by anti-aircraft guns that fell asleep on the event in the presence of the head of the DPRK Kim Jong-UN, shortly earlier visited Moscow. He wanted to come to an agreement on supplies of Russian missiles, but did not reach success.
After it became known about the shooting of anti-aircraft guns of the defense Minister of North Korea, Hyon Yong Chol, experts began to build assumptions that led to such inhuman executions. Officially the pretext for the execution was that the civil servant was asleep in the presence of North Korean leader Kim Jong UN.
But this version, although within the mainstream of other news about the executions in North Korea, does not cause tremendous confidence: considerable political favorite wouldn't destroy senior and respected civil servant for similar misconduct.
Experts recalled that Hyon Yong Chol not so long ago represented North Korea in Russia. The Minister of defence of the DPRK took part in the Moscow conference, where surely condemned the composure of American troops in South Korea, reports The Financial Times. At a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, he represented his own country.
Also, according to some news sources, Hyun Yong-Chul wanted to come to an agreement on the supply of rockets and launchers, but I didn't succeed. Note that then Kim Jong-UN changed projects and has decided not to come to Moscow to participate in the festive events in honor of the 70th anniversary of the Victory.
But many experts believe that these actions are not connected, and Kim Jong-UN carries out executions among senior municipal officials in the country for the purpose of intimidation of the likely competitors and to gain respect from them. "He's not paranoid - from senior government officials to ordinary people on the planet all in fact do not respect it," stated former North Korean security camp Ahn Myung-Chul, who ran out of power.
Amazingly, the method that Kim Jong-UN was elected to the execution - the shooting of anti-aircraft weapons. As executions in North Korea are considered to be subject to propaganda speculation South Korea and other countries, in consequence of this same information is traditionally regarded with great scepticism.
And yet, the Committee on civil rights in North Korea holds evidence that a similar format of the execution of convicts actually used in the country. The experts showed a satellite image, which shows how the victims lined up in front of a battery of 6 anti-aircraft guns.
"Still the favorites of the DPRK Kim Il sung and Kim Jong Il usually used rifles for executions of civil servants, but when Kim Jong-Yne started to use extreme means, such as anti-aircraft guns and flamethrowers. He feels that he has no other choice in addition to how to scare people on the planet", says Ahn Myung-Chul.
Remember, the verdict was carried out approximately April 30. Hyon Yong Chol was shot at the military Academy of Pyongyang from anti-aircraft guns. Note that the 66-year-old Minister of the armed forces of the DPRK's own post he held since June 2014. By the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme people's Assembly on 9 February 2012, he was awarded the order of Kim Jong Il.
