The Commissioner of the Council of Europe wishes to re-visit the Crimea
The Council of Europe's Commissioner for human rights Nils Muiznieks said that he was going to visit the Crimea, and nourishes the hope that the Russian authorities will again have him in this role.
Muiznieks in September last year visited the Peninsula. Presenting its own annual report to PACE, he said that "with great concern" monitoring the situation with human rights in Crimea.
