In Cambodia justified Ukrainian people's Deputy accused of rape
The court in the Cambodian capital, Phnom Penh, acquitted in the case of the Ukrainian Deputy Nikolai Knyazhitsky, accused of rape, informs.
before Interpol announced the Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine from the party " national front ", the head of the parliamentary Department on culture and spirituality Nicholas Knyazhitsky on the wanted list at the request of Cambodia in connection with the alleged rape.
Itself the people's Deputy claimed that he was in Cambodia at the time of the alleged transgressions. In addition, he argued that the case against him was falsified.
The Penh court ruled that knyazhitsky not guilty of raping the girl in 2011. According to the court, the claimant may appeal against the verdict during the month.
Knyazhitsky said that the court decision was "a relief" to his wife and mother.
