Kuchma and Kravchuk made for Ukraine's withdrawal from the NPT
1st and second presidents of Ukraine Leonid Kravchuk and Leonid Kuchma have plans to propose to the Parliament to consider the country from the Treaty on the non-proliferation of nuclear weapons (NPT).
