Permanent representative to the OSCE: US campaigning for a complete ceasefire in the Donbass

"We again call for a complete ceasefire and full implementation of the Minsk agreements, including unlimited and secure access members of the special monitoring mission of the OSCE, so that they could keep control and check the action of the ceasefire and withdrawal of heavy weapons," - said on Thursday Baer at the meeting of the Permanent division of the OSCE in Vienna. According to Baer, "Large number" of violations of the ceasefire regime in the conflict area have been committed by the militias.
