Avakov: the court imposed detention on 46 real estate organizations Firtash
The court imposed detention on 46 real estate organizations for the group of Ukrainian oligarch Dmytro Firtash, said on Sunday the Minister of internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov.
first it was claimed that the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine brought the case under the criminal code against holding group Ostchem Holding, owned by Ukrainian businessman, billionaire Dmytro Firtash, on the fact of abuse of official position in especially large sizes.
Avakov said that as part of the case regarding organizations Firtash charged with causing losses to the state amounting to 5, 7 billion hryvnia (about 271 million).
"currently, in order of seizure of the real estate in the us Court focused 110 motions. By Friday, the enforcement of claims of the country - detention imposed already at 46 objects, " wrote Avakov on his own.
Ostchem Holding is a Group of factories producing mineral fertilizers, organic acids, liquid nitrogen and other chemical products. The company is a part of financial-industrial groups organizations Group DF Ukrainian oligarch Dmitry. The Firtash group has companies and enterprises in Eastern and Central Europe and Central Asia, including Ukraine, Estonia, Russian Federation, Switzerland, Italy and Tajikistan.
