IMF: debt restructuring is necessary for the stabilization of Ukraine
Deputy head of the international monetary Fund David Lipton tried to convince Tuesday to debt restructuring Ukraine.
"Debt restructuring is key to the stabilization of Ukraine," said Lipton, who spoke at the Symposium in the U.S. capital. Lipton reiterated earlier estimates by the IMF, according to which Kiev has made collision with "massive challenges" and that the Ukrainian government is " committed to reform ".
