The ECtHR found to be without merit continued consideration of the claim Jemilev
The European Court of human rights (ECHR) considered unjustified further examination of the case at the suit of a citizen of Ukraine Mustafa Jemilev against Russia because of the withdrawal of the suit at the state level, according to a press release from the court.
the people's Deputy of the Ukrainian Parliament Mustafa Dzhemilev said in July 2014 that he had filed a lawsuit in the European Court of human rights in connection with the detention of his son by murder.
"The court found unreasonable the further consideration of the claim. Thus, the Court ruled to withdraw the claim from the list of cases (court). At the same time, the use of 39-th article of the ECHR terminated (39th article - conclusion of a peace agreement) without prejudice to the temporary measures, applied on the lawsuit filed by Dzhemilev ", - reported in a press release.
Mustafa Jemilev had been banned for a period of 5 years entry to the Crimea. According to the head of the Republic Sergey Aksenov, ban Jemilev to enter in the Crimea was only caused by his own actions aimed at inciting ethnic hatred.
