Government Commission on legislative activity approved by the Ministry of justice developed a Draft law on limiting the jurisdictional immunity of a foreign country and its possessions on the territory of the Russian Federation. The bill is aimed at regulating jurisdictional immunity of foreign countries in Russia.
Taking into account norms of international law, of the law and judicial practice of foreign countries, it is proposed to establish the limits to the jurisdictional immunity of foreign States and their property.
