The exchange of prisoners between Kiev and militias of Donbass will be held in the self-proclaimed Luhansk people's Republic, said on Sunday the Commissioner for human rights DND Daria Morozova.
The authorities LNR on Wednesday said that Kyiv will send the official proposal for exchange of prisoners.
