Exit poll: Filatov wins elections of the mayor of Dnepropetrovsk
Ally of Ukrainian oligarch Igor Kolomoisky, the people's Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Boris Filatov is leading in the elections of the mayor of Dnepropetrovsk in the 2nd round, gaining 62% of the vote, published data show an exit poll conducted by the Kyiv international Institute of sociology (KIIS) by the order of the Television news service (TSN).
According to these data, its rival the people's Deputy of Rada from the "Opposition bloc" Oleksandr Vilkul gaining 38% of votes.
The second round of elections to local authorities took place on Sunday in 29 cities of Ukraine. In Dnepropetrovsk on the seat of the head of the city claimed by elected representatives of the Rada from the "Opposition bloc" Oleksandr Vilkul and faction Boris Filatov (the party of "DILL" ). In the first round Vilkul took over with 37, 9% of voters came to the polls. Filatov scored 35, 7% of the vote.
