DNR is not satisfied with the exchanges of prisoners: Kiev closed criminal cases

"Those Exchanges that occur, we are not satisfied with. Those citizens who have returned, They do not close criminal cases. Give the man his own recognizance, and he is considered a runaway. They do not return the documents, and they do not have the opportunity if necessary to leave the territory of the Republic, " said Daria Morozova.
The Ukrainian authorities in April of last year began military action against the self-proclaimed LNR and DND.
