In the US girl accidentally killed his friend decided to shoot a video for YouTube. On the idea a young man had to stop a bullet book.
19-year-old Monalisa Perez tried to make a viral video with her boyfriend Pedro Ruiz III, to publish on his YouTube account, according to the arrest report of the Ministry of Sheriff of the County of Norman. Perez, who is 7 months pregnant, called 911 Monday night, saying that she accidentally shot her boyfriend while they filmed the video, according to the arrest report. She is accused of manslaughter in the second degree.
"They were in love. It was just a joke," said aunt Claudia Ruiz, in an interview with KVLY member. "It's not supposed to happen. This wasn't supposed to be." Perez told police that her boyfriend wanted to make a video on YouTube about how it stops the bullet with book. He held the book to his chest and convinced Perez to shoot him, believing that the book will stop a bullet.
Perez told police that Pedro convinced her that this is a safe trick, showing her another book, in which he previously shot where the bullet didn't go all the way, according to the arrest report. It has two cameras to shoot it, hoping that the video of dangerous stunt will become a virus.
She shot from a distance of about a foot from the gun 0.50 caliber when he was holding a book on his chest. The book has not stopped the bullet, the doctors said that Ruiz died from a gunshot wound.
The girl faces up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $20 thousand, if she's convicted of murder. She was released on bail and as a condition of her release, she must not possess a firearm, must notify his attorney of her whereabouts and must wear a GPS monitor, according to court documents. On 5 July she will return to court.
