A tourist from New Zealand murdered air wave aircraft (video)
A tourist from New Zealand died from air waves airplane at the airport on the Dutch Caribbean island of Saint Martin.
57-year-old woman, who was not identified, climbed the fence to watch as the plane leaves the ground, police said Islands on Facebook. The police said that the air wave from the plane was so strong that it knocked her down. She later died.
Monitoring aircraft for flight at the International airport Princess Juliana is a well known tourist attraction because of the approaching aircraft usually fly very low over heads.
But local authorities warned not to get too close to the aircraft, calling the practice "extremely dangerous". Island authorities say they have taken the necessary precautions to warn travelers of the danger. They set up signs, and they are patrolling the area to warn people, reported in the police Department.
Tourists watching planes at the airport since its opening in 1943. In 2012, a woman was injured after she was thrown on a concrete barrier with an air wave.
