Freida Pinto wears disguises to avoid being followed
The 25-year-old actress became an overnight superstar when she starred in Oscar-winning film Slumdog Millionaire in 2008. She now has photographers and fans waiting outside her house at all times, but claims she gets past them without any problems because her disguises are so good.
"I can walk down the street without people recognising me," she laughed. "I have my various disguises but I`m not going to tell you what they are!"
While she wishes she had more privacy, Freida accepts that being followed is all part of being famous. She tries not to get upset about it, and just ignores anyone who attempts to rile her with probing questions.
"I`m comfortable with the paparazzi," she told the British edition of OK! magazine. "It`s part and parcel and I really don`t need to get affected by it. That`s how I look at it. I think about something else that I am looking forward to. If there`s someone asking me a nasty question, then I just ignore it."
