Daniel Radcliffe has landed a role in another Broadway production
The 20-year-old actor will play the lead in a new remake of 1961 Tony Award-winning musical How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. The production follows the life of Daniel`s character J. Pierrepont Finch, a window cleaner who accidentally gets a job in a mailroom at World Wide Wicket Co, before shooting up the corporate ladder.
Daniel will be required to sing and dance in the role, which was played by Matthew Broderick in a 1995 production.
Daniel shot to fame playing the title role in the Harry Potter film franchise. He made his Broadway debut in 2007 psychosexual drama Equus, which saw him strip nude to play a troubled boy who had a thing for horses.
How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying will open in March 2011.
